NEXTGEN Conference is designed to equip everyone to build the next generation with practical steps.

I've already purchased my ticket, what should I do next to attend NEXTGEN Conference 2026?

You can come directly to the venue. Please have the QR Code sent to the email address you used to register ready for check-in.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

Thank you for your understanding. Unfortunately, tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable.
however, You may transfer one or more tickets to another individual or organization by providing the ticket code and the name of the original registrant.

What language will be used during the sessions?

Most sessions will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia.
For speakers presenting in English, live interpretation will be provided.

Is food included in the ticket price?

Lunch will be provided for delegates during the conference.
